Editing a note removes its co-signature and it will need to be signed again. This applies to the note text, date, duration, session type, goal percentages and attachments. A co-signature attests to the note as it stood when it was signed, so it can't carry over to content the co-signer never saw. You'll see a message on screen when this happens.
